Fantastic animal icons around the medallion! Quite uncommon in Heriz carpets although very common in many tribal and village rugs.
The condition is very good with minor wear here and there. Age yellowing in the cotton fringes. An extremely tough old rug ready for another century of use.
Fringes and side cords are in good overall condition. Probably benefit from a wash although not dusty or notably soiled. NO odors!
