Vibrant tribal rug from the Zagros Mountains of Southwest Iran.
Unusual medallion rug with camels (or dinosaurs) and two human figures. Main colors are brick red, purple, white, blue, orange, and cream.
Very good overall condition with some minor wear on the wool pile. The rug is not a perfect rectangle.
Thick soft natural wool pile. No holes or weakened areas.
The strong dramatic colors are a hallmark of tribal rugs from Southwest Iran.
Woven from 100% natural wool — including the warp and weft.

The exact size is 12 ft. 8 in. by 4 ft. 6 in. 1970s.
