Beautiful old vintage mint green and blue handwoven Persian Kashan floral rug from central Iran.
Colors include mint green, blue, dark green, turquoise, gold, olive, and tan. Colors are shown best in the closeup photographs.
The rug is in very good overall vintage condition with some scattered signs of wear on the wool pile.
The cotton fringes and side cords are in great shape. Absolutely no odors, holes or weak spots in the rug that would compromise its use.
It’s a finely knotted short pile carpet but can be used in a high foot traffic area of the home.
This color combination, featuring blues and greens without dominating reds, is one of the most uncommon in Kashan and Persian carpets.
