Traditional handwoven geometric village carpet from Anatolia – Turkey woven from 100% natural wool.
Yahyali village is in central Turkey near Kayseri. Plush wool and near mint condition.
Wonderful motif with large central medallion, combs, and flowers. These rugs are similar to Konya and Tashpinar carpets.
This rug is out of a European estate. 1970s – 1980s
I can ship most of the rugs or offer arrangements for pickup in the East Bay.
Overall condition is great. No signs of wear. Clean and no odors.
100% natural wool. Warp and weft is also wool. Turkish village rug.
