Traditional handwoven geometric tribal carpet from Fars in Southwest Persia Iran.
Open gabbeh field with floral medallion design.
Deep crimson red and creams and green. Also some black and burnt orange.
Excellent condition with very little signs of wear. Tiny smudge of dye pickup in the boder from a wash.
Natural wool pile; cotton warp and weft. 1970s.
Exact size is 7 ft. 5 in. by 3 ft. 7 in.
